JTBD Analyzer connector

For Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, and Claude Code

JTBD Analyzer is a remote MCP connector that turns a raw interview transcript into a complete Jobs-to-be-Done analysis, right inside Claude. Add the connector, ask Claude to analyze an interview, and get a structured report back in a couple of minutes.

What it does

The connector exposes a single tool:

• analyze_interview: analyzes a customer / Jobs-to-be-Done interview transcript. You pass the full transcript text; it returns a complete JTBD analysis in markdown (the four forces of progress, a chronological timeline, functional/social/emotional requirements, product and business opportunities, and an interview-quality assessment) plus a link to a styled, shareable report page.

How to connect

• 1. Add the connector. Open the JTBD Analyzer listing in Claude's connector directory and click Add.
• 2. Create an account. You sign in the first time Claude connects. Your first interview is a free preview; unlocking it and further analyses use credits.
• 3. Ask Claude to analyze. Attach or paste a transcript and say "Use JTBD Analyzer to analyze this interview."

Prefer not to use Claude?

You don't need Claude to use JTBD Analyzer. Drop or paste a transcript directly at ai.jtbdinterviews.com and get the same analysis and shareable report in your browser.

Connector endpoint

The connector is served at https://ai.jtbdinterviews.com/mcp. It is added for you when you install from the directory.

Authentication

The connector uses OAuth 2.0 (via Auth0). When you connect, Claude registers automatically and you sign in with your account. Each analysis and report is private to your account.

Supported input

Any interview transcript as text (speaker labels welcome). In Claude, uploaded .txt, .vtt, .docx, and .pdf files are read by Claude and passed to the connector as text.

Your data

Transcripts and analyses are private to your account and are never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is processed and stored.
