JTBD Analyzer ("we", "us") is operated by Drumbeat LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use the JTBD Analyzer service and connector, how we use it, and the choices you have. Interview transcripts are sensitive, and we treat them that way.
This policy applies to the JTBD Analyzer website at ai.jtbdinterviews.com, the report pages we host for you, and the JTBD Analyzer connector (MCP server) you add to Claude.
To produce an analysis, the transcript text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We use a small set of subprocessors to run the service: Anthropic (generates the analysis from your transcript), Auth0/Okta (authentication and login), and Heroku/Salesforce (application hosting and database). On our public website pages only, we also use Google Analytics and FullStory for website and product analytics; these are never run on the report pages or dashboard where your interview content appears.
We do not use your transcripts or analyses to train AI models, and we do not permit them to be used to train models. Content submitted through the Anthropic API is handled under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not train on API inputs or outputs.
Your transcripts and analyses are visible only to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other users or third parties, except with the subprocessors listed above solely to operate the service, or where required by law.
On our public website pages (such as the homepage, documentation, and this policy) we use Google Analytics and FullStory to understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve it, which may include recording page visits, interactions, and session replay of those public pages. We deliberately do not run these tools on the report pages or dashboard where your interview transcripts and analyses appear. To request that we exclude your activity, email chris@jobstobedone.org.
We retain your transcripts and analyses until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. To request access to, export of, or deletion of your data, email us at chris@jobstobedone.org and we will respond promptly.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to report pages requires you to be logged in, and each report is restricted to the account that created it.
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
