These terms govern your use of JTBD Analyzer (the "Service"), operated by Drumbeat LLC. By using the Service or connecting the JTBD Analyzer connector to Claude, you agree to these terms.

The Service

JTBD Analyzer produces structured Jobs-to-be-Done analyses from interview transcripts you submit, and hosts the resulting report pages. The Service is provided through our website and through a connector (MCP server) you add to Claude.

Accounts

You need an account to view your analyses. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

Acceptable use

• Only submit transcripts you have the right to submit and to have processed.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate the privacy or rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

Your content

You retain ownership of the transcripts you submit and the analyses generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

AI-generated output

Analyses are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are provided for informational purposes and are not professional, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drumbeat LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Drumbeat LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
